Gold Coast Sked

23rd - 27th June 2011

Quality snapper on board Sea Probe Charters

Sea Probe Charters had a good weekend. Fishing NE36fm on both Saturday and Sunday they brought home some quality fish. Saturday saw 15 Snapper, including two at 75 & 73cm plus some tusk fish. On Sunday Gavin and crew brought home 10 Snapper, the biggest 92cm and 37 trag.

Ross McCubbin on Luck Strike Charters has been fishing both inside and outside. Fishing the 36fm's on the 23rd, Ross put his anglers onto 32 Snapper up to 5kg plus some trag, peralies and parrot fish. For the next two days, Ross fished inside, Friday proving a little slow due to the cool water but was still able to put flathead, bream and tailor in the boat. Saturday proven much better, with 23 Flathead up to 60cm, 15 bream up to 42cm a 4kg salmon on 2 pound.

Cobia on board Gone Fishing Safaris

Gone Fishing Safaris fished E24 this morning, putting their clients onto trag and trevelly, before bringing home this great Cobia estimated at 35kg.

Special thanks to Sea Probe Charters for their assistance in the trag bio sampling. Keep it up guys.
